Harlei grew up in Cazenovia, NY and graduated from Cazenovia High School in 2022. Inspired by her lifelong love of animals, she pursued Equine Studies at SUNY Morrisville College, specializing in Huntseat, and graduated in May 2025.

Having grown up around horses, Harlei continues to enjoy riding at local barns whenever she’s not spending time with her own dog or caring for the dogs in daycare. She shares her home with her own dog Ruger, a mixed-breed, as well as another family dog and a cat.

After college, Harlei wanted to explore something new while keeping animals at the heart of her work. Joining Blue Prints as a Daycare Team member, she quickly discovered a new passion! Harlei loves working with the dogs and embraces the training experiences she learns from every day.
