Open Gym Time (fall and winter only)

The best thing you can do is provide social stimulation, training, and physical activity for your dog. Sometimes, daycare isn’t enough and pet owners find limited access to areas that allow off-leash play in the colder months. Open gym time allows pet owners to engage and exercise their pet outside of their regular activities.

Fitness with Fido!

Exercise with your dog! This class incorporates light cardio, body weight exercises (lunges, squats, etc.), and other healthy body movements – and your dog gets to exercise with you!

This class focuses on the four pillars of health (exercise, diet, stress, and sleep) for both you and your dog. Blue Prints’ unique Fitness with Fido program enhances the bond between you and your dog and is a great option for those who are active!

Prior to enrollment, you and your dog must schedule a brief evaluation by our trainer. There is no cost associated with the evaluation, but it is a mandatory prerequisite for this class. The evaluation consists of a “human” health assessment as well as a dog behavior and health evaluation.

Please note: We are not registered dieticians, but we will share our best practices based on our professional and personal experiences of both human and dog overall wellness.
